these are some of the resources i've used to build my site, play with graphics, etc etc. i'll try to collect as much as I can and keep this updated. full disclosure, some of these are paid. i do design work professionally, so they're work tools for me. i'll do my best to share free alternatives when i find them as well.

picocad

i love picocad. it's how I built that spinning "A" on the homepage. it's so so simple and you don't need to have a beefy computer or know anything about 3d modeling to have fun

ditherboy

i just found this so not crazy attached to it but making a lot of fun stuff. it's so much faster than doing the dithering manually through photoshop and it was worth all 30 euros

lottie

lottie plays json animations in a super easy to embed way into your site. you can use the lottie player to embed right into your site and it rocks. i use after effects and the bodymovin plugin to export the animations
